Release Date: Fall 2015 After the pleasantly gorgeous Xen last year, Arca has kept himself busy with his involvement in Björk’s heartbreak masterpiece Vulnicura. The wonky producer recently shared news of a new album in the works, expected to be out this fall. Judging from already-released tracks from this year like “Sheep” and “Vanity”, it looks like the soundscape continues into stranger territory.

Once and a while a group of artists seems to all have the same idea without trying to. We’re witnessing that phenomenon within British mainstream house singles from acclaimed DJ’s Tourist, Disclosure and Julio Bashmore. The desire to ‘hold on’ seems to be a topic of interest with them all releasing a single with a variation of that title.

This is a festival I’ve always wanted to attend but being the busy bee that I am has prevented me from doing so. Unfortunately for me, this years festival will end up on the list of events I wish I attended but if you’re planning to get on down to Worthy Farm all the way out in the UK, you’ll be one happy camper.

UK artist SOHN has been on the tongues of many music lovers thanks to the brilliant 2012 EP “The Wheel” and follow-up 2013 singles “Lessons” and “Bloodflows.” He has worked with BANKS, Disclosure, Lana Del Ray, Erik Hassle and Rhye but it is his solo offerings that truly show a talented young producer and singer-songwriter.

On day three of my 2013 Coachella experience, the desert finally got to me. I fought off dehydration with plenty of water; I fended away sunburn by lathering on the sunblock. It was the dry desert air that began sucking every bit of moisture from my eyes to the point I just had to close them to stop the burn.
