Prescribed Remixes: Kelis, Yoncé & more

As Eastern Canada hides inside from another snow storm, let us keep our spirits up and heartbeats racing with these remixes from some of pop’s finest.

Kelis is back on the promo trail with her album FOOD on the way. Check out how “Jack” creator, Breach, has whipped up a tasty dance anthem for the break up scorner “Rumble.” Download for free through Shazam.

The Yoncé remixes have been coming out steadily since her surprise album’s release. There’s something special about this cow-bell thumpin’, House lovin’ number that’s bound to “keep ya hummin’ keep ya moanin’”. De$ignated have had a killer 2013 and this remix proves 2014 should be just as sweet. Also, with the number of remixes coming down the pipeline from Beyonce & her label Columbia (including by Kanye and M.I.A), is there a remix album on the horizon?

Sky Ferriera, the indie queen, has just offered us a twinkling dancefloor-ready version of “You’re Not the One” remixed by Cid Rim.

Lorde’s pushes past one-hit wonder fears with another hit “Team”. If any remix here is gonna have ya feeling ready for the summer months it will be this beach ready remix by Panic City.

While we wait patiently for that new Frank Ocean album, let this Amine Edge & Dance remix of “Lost” keep you satisfied.
