Japanese label visvim flexes their considerable design chops for their Spring/Summer 2017 collection, drawing inspiration from an eclectic combination of sources. From 50’s Havana to Hokkaido, Nakamura demonstrates his trademark ability to craft a collection with one foot in the past and one foot in the present. Featuring outerwear, denim, knitwear, and a variety of accessories, visvim’s tour-de-force continues in stride.
American designer Tommy Hilfiger and face of the brand Gigi Hadid, recently unveiled their ’70s beach-inspired collection on the Tommyland runway. The show took place on the west side of Venice Beach in Los Angeles with a host of celebrities and models that were on hand to check out the new collection.
At this past weekends Golden Globe Awards Evan Rachel Wood captured our attention with her choice of attire at the prestigious event. Instead of opting for the typical glamourous dress that so many actors do, she chose a custom fitted Altuzarra suit as a tribute to David Bowie, Marlene Dietrich and Victor Victoria.
